Petition for Reconsideration of the Positive Train Control (PTC) Rule

A Petition for Reconsideration of the Positive Train Control (PTC) Rule was filed by CI earlier today seeking a corrected cost benefit analysis (CBA) to adequately recognize the economic benefits to the railroads that will result from PTC implementation.  This action is based on a restated CBA performed by L. E. Peabody & Associates, Inc., for CI.
