The Chlorine Institute (CI) is pleased to welcome four new members approved by the CI Board of Directors. MP Materials joins CI as a North American Producer Member. MP Materials is involved in rare earth mining, refining, and metallization, with an integrated chlor-alkali processing facility located at its mining and refining site.
