Notes:

  • The Spouse/Significant Other ticket is for significant others and spouses only to attend the reception and dinner. All other guests must pay the non-member fee to attend.
  • Table-Top fees for CI members include breakfasts, luncheons, Tech Symposium, and business meetings.
  • Non-Members are welcome to attend the Technology Symposium presentations but no other business meetings, such as issue team meetings. However, the exhibitor costs allow attendance to the Technology Symposium presentations. Non-members may add no more than two additional table staff at the cost of $1,500 per additional person.
  • Non-Members who are only coming to present at the Technology Symposium and will not attend any other session will not be charged a fee.
  • Members will be notified and given the first opportunity to request Table-Tops. Non-Members will be notified approximately two weeks after member notice.
  • Notification about the Table-Tops will be separate from notifications about the Technology Symposium.

 

The member registration fee of $895 includes: 

  • Access to all open meetings including the Technology Symposium
  • Monday Welcome Reception
  • Tuesday Breakfast 
  • Tuesday Luncheon 
  • Tuesday Evening Reception & Dinner
  • Wednesday Breakfast 
  • Wednesday Luncheon

 

Cancellation & Refund Policy

All cancellations must be submitted in writing to the Chlorine Institute at info@CL2.com. Cancellations received on or before March 11th are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee. Cancellations received between March 12th and March 21st are entitled to a refund minus a $200 processing fee. NO REFUNDS will be issued on or after Friday, March 22, 2024.

 

NOTE – No refunds will be provided if you have reserved a room at the meeting hotel and have not canceled in accordance with the above cancellations and refund schedule. Rooms at the meeting hotel that have been booked under the Institute’s contract rate that are canceled after the above referenced dates have the potential to prevent the Institute from meeting its contracted guarantees at the host hotel therefore subjecting the Institute to significant financial penalties.
