Sign up today for the Chlorine Institute’s Table-Top Expo on Tuesday and Wednesday, April 9-10 during CI’s 2024 Technology Symposium and Expo at the Sheraton New Orleans Hotel in New Orleans, LA. The Technology Symposium is on the same two days, offering an array of technology and safety-related presentations of broad interest to the chlor-alkali industry. CI will also hold the regular Annual Meeting during the week featuring the International, Issue Team and Board meetings.

The Table-Top Expo promotes the mission of the Institute through displays focused on safety, security, and technology advancements in the chlor-alkali industry. Both CI members and non-members are invited to exhibit (CI will promote the Expo to non-member companies several weeks after members are notified). The Expo will be promoted in many ways, including the CI’s website, newsletter, and meeting program, to attract a large and broad audience. The 2024 meeting schedule is formatted to provide increased visibility and networking time between exhibitors and meeting attendees.

Notes:

  1. All costs include access to Tuesday and Wednesday breakfasts and lunches and the Tuesday Reception. All spouses, guests, and registrations for the Technology Symposium only, who would like to attend the Tuesday reception need to purchase a reception ticket for $150. Member registration costs include applicable meeting registration for the primary exhibitor, who must submit the attached registration form and payment to CI. All other member exhibitors or attendees should register for the meeting through the normal meeting registration process when it becomes available.
  2. Non-Members are not allowed to attend CI business meetings. However, the exhibitor costs allow attendance to the Technology Symposium presentations. Non-members may add no more than two additional table staff at the cost of $1,500 per additional person. Non-member registration will be available several weeks after member registration opens.
    Table-Top Registration for non-members is set to open January 16, 2024.

 Display Area Specs

Cost per table includes one 6-foot skirted table with your company name and logo displayed. All displays, equipment, printed materials and other items MUST fit on the table and cannot be more than 5 feet tall. Pull-up floor display banners will be allowed to the side or in back of the table, space permitting. More than one table may be purchased for additional space. Please note that the table-top displays will be located in public areas that are not secured.

    Important Dates & Deadlines:
    • February 15, 2024 - Exhibitor Registration is due (Exhibitor Agreement, Registration & Payment must be submitted by this time)
    • March 8, 2024 - Exhibitor applications will no longer be accepted after this date.
    • March 11, 2024 - Freeman begins accepting exhibitor shipments at the Advance Warehouse
    • April 1, 2024 - Shipping deadline to Freeman Advance Warehouse

    The Institute’s policy is first come, first served regarding assignment of table-top location. For a better chance of getting your preferred table location, you should submit the Registration Form and Exhibitor Agreement with payment as soon as possible through the online registration process. 

    Table-Top Expo Cancellations and Refunds:

    CI Member Policy

    • Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2024, are entitled to a refund minus a $100 processing fee.
    • Cancellations received from February 16 – March 7, 2024, are entitled to a refund minus a $200 processing fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on/after March 8, 2024.

     

    Non-Member Policy

    • Cancellations received on or before February 15, 2024, are entitled to a refund minus a $200 processing fee.
    • Cancellations received from February 16 – March 7, 2024, are entitled to a refund minus a $300 processing fee.
    • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on/after March 8, 2024.
